This proposal from Plum Consulting Paris SAS, in conjunction with IDATE, addresses the requirements for the provision of services to “assist ComReg in its considerations of how best to organise and effectively manage the 26 GHz Band in order to ensure the efficient use of spectrum for the continued provision of existing services, as appropriate, while also facilitating demand for Wireless Broadband Electronic Communications Services (WBB ECS) “5G” deployments with the introduction of appropriate licensing framework(s) for the assignment of WBB ECS rights of use in the 26 GHz Band”
